Multi-Family Guidelines and Application
PHFA is excited to announce that the Housing Options Program Grant – Multifamily (HOP-MF) application is now available!
HOP-MF is a new affordable housing program which will provide resources to:
- Perform emergency repairs to existing affordable units
- Rehab and preserve existing affordable units
- Build new affordable rental units
The Final Program Guidelines are available online. The original 2023 HOP-MF application round closed in June 2023. The 2025 HOP-MF application round will open in August 2025 and close September 8, 2025.
