Pennsylvania Housing Study (2011)
From time to time, the Agency undertakes studies to explore various aspects of topical issues affecting housing markets, trends and economic impacts. Studies commissioned by the Agency in 2011 have detailed conditions in the housing and mortgage markets (performed by TRF) and explored how the Marcellus Shale natural gas development activities are affecting housing and markets (performed by the Center for the Study of Community and the Economy at Lycoming College).
